I have been a terror been sooo hungry and have eaten what I want :( Date has been cancelled aswell.
Missed weigh in for 2 weeks now. Going to move from a Saturday Morning to Tuesday weigh in. Not been on here much either :( need tp change this. The water infection and fibro hasn't helped this week much either.

But I have done my meal planner for the week, will go shopping laters. Have also decided to try smaller and more mini meals to try and kurb the hunger pains and try and give my body the energy it needs.

Also no choclate or fizzy drinks and reduce me caffiene intake, all of which been associated to increasing the pain.


Saturday Meal planner

Ok cool bout bbm.Good idea to eat little and often.I'm sure that will help with hunger pangs and help you have more energy! Sorry to hear your date was cancelled.Hope you're ok.Being in pain definately won't be helping so hopefully cutting out the choc etc will! That's good you have sorted your meal planner out aswell :0)
