I stopped cd sole source at the beginning of december and it went up by about 4 lbs ( think its the glycogen stores refilling) when you do that on cd you move up the plans gradually , but as I just went back to food it hopped on quickly.
I was careful over the christmas and new year period and started following ww properley a couple of weeks ago.
I have lost 4.5 lbs now on ww. I did panic about moving across as I didn`t want to gain anything but i`m pleased I changed now.
I was going to go for half the points allowance a day but after some great advice on here just went on the recommended points per day.
