ive been suggested to that i should start a food diary as my first and only week on slimming world i didnt lose any pounds so im hoping people can point out where im going wrong!!!
so heres todays as a start
Breakfast: 1 brown toast (HEB), 2 eggs and beans
1 Tea (0.5)
Lunch: Jacket potatoe, Beans, Cheese 28g (HEA)
Dinner: not decided yet.
