Charjoelily's size 10 levi's

Depressed today as still sore from falling over yesterday and received my university assignment grade back at 76% which is the lowest I've had so far (and I thought it was really good).

Normally I'd make myself feel Better with food but not today!

Breakfast was boiled egg on toast (reduced sugar tom ketchup).
Lunch salad and cottage cheese (light salad cream 1pp)

Have also had two tassimos @5pp
Shall be snacking on crumpet and fruit until dinner x

Basically porridge and banana with a quick squirt of choc shot, cooked and cooled. Tastes like banana bread.
Shall be having whilst watching big brother.

Boiled apple pieces until soft for filling
Topping was porridge oats(I used 2 oats so simple sachets) an egg and some sweetener
Cooked in over for 15mins. It was so lush!!
 
Don't think I can get away with the porridge oats.....I need butter and flour lol xx
 
Today I have made filling and healthy flapjacks :)

Frosty paths this morning so stay safe x

Good yesterday was good bit portion sizes getting out of hand, so today I'm strictly doing points but eating mostly filling and healthy foods (cutting down on the carbs as much as poss too)

Breakfast
Crumpet (3pp)
2x tassimo (5pp)

Lunch
Boiled egg (2pp) and smoked haddock (2pp)

Snacks
Friut and low fat yog

Dinner
Not sure yet but will be something with squid :)

Weigh in tomorrow, scales are showing half pound gain ATM so hoping it shifts today x
 
I put on half a pound (could have been all the fruit I had last night, terrible munchies) oh well 100% pp this week.
