Hi all...hope ur all doing good and ready for the big man in the red suit!! Thought I'd do a last ditch attempt before chrimbo in the hope I can loose a couple of pounds and that way I can let loose just alittle over the festive period!!

Mon 12th
Breakfast - up too late!
Lunch - whole grain rice, home-made curry (4pp), 2 x WW Wraps
Dinner - Home-made chips, egg & beans
Fruit
30 mins spinning class. WEEKLIES - 45/49

Tues 13th
Breakfast - shredded wheat & skimmed milk
Lunch - WW Bagel, scrambled egg & beans
Dinner - brown rice, home made chilli (0pp), 2 x wraps, sprinkle of cheese (3pp)
Fruit. WEEKLIES - 42/49

Weds 14th
Breakfast - shredded wheat & milk
Lunch - no time !!
Dinner - home made chips, steak & beans
Fruit. WEEKLIES - 42/49

Thurs 15th
Breakfast - shredded wheat & milk
Lunch - WW Bagel, scrambled egg & beans, 1 x Extra Light Laughing Cow
Dinner - pork lions, mash potato, veg and gravy
Fruit. WEEKLIES - 42/49

PROPOINTS DAY!!
Planning a girls day shopping and then out for more food and lots of alcohol!!! I plan to use my 26pp (daily allowance) plus all my (42) weeklies!!!! Fingers crossed its enough!! Haha!!

Sun 18th
Back to SF Plan and shall be eating freely all day!!

First weigh in on Monday morning!! Wish me luck!! Good luck for the last week b4 chrimbo, everybody xx
