Hi everyone, Thought i'd share with you all my daily food diary. I'm just 11.5lb from target, and I'm determined more than ever to get this final few lb off before the end of August! What a better way to do it than by posting it daily on here, to motivate and also inspire others! I'm now going to be doing 4 SE days a week (Tues-Fri), with EE being the rest until I reach my target! My WI is on a Saturday morning. I'll also include my exercise for the day for further inspiration. Here we go!
