surprisingly enough u cant taste them at all it just seems to make it thicker. give it a try it took me ages to try it coz it sounds awful lol but all the good comments about it i had to give it a go.

If i dont lose anything this week it will b a real struggle to carry on. I have been 100% this week and also started exercising to try and tone up the wobbly bits. Dont no what else i can do maybe my body has just had enough now
