Went out last night felt amazing im my new dress and did lots of dancing. Didnt drink a lot which is a breakthrough 4 me never had the confidence 2 dance without quite a few drinks inside me.

Had a really hungry afternoon think its down to totm being due 2moro. Hate it feel like i aint stopped scoffing and had such a good week so far. Always panic its going 2 affect WI but the joys of being a woman i suppose.

Ok had 6 vodka and diet cokes last night stayed away from the cocktails and shots taking syn total for last week to 64.5.

A lot of syns 4 2day but never mind still got the rest of the week to balance it out and 71.5 is more than enough. Trying 2 have 2x Heb aswell to try and maintain.

Well had the weekend off plan (planned) for the first time since i started my journey in Jan. Really enjoyed it but glad to be back to healthy eating 2day.
