Starting my diary from scratch tomorrow as put on 3lb at WI tonight. Now 9st 1lb so 1lb over target but still in range. Have been keeping my diary but any severe naughtiness has not been recorded. From now on no more hiding from it if it goes in my mouth it will be synned and recorded. Need to do this or i will never be able to maintain and will end up at square 1.

Your first looks fine with regards to the green plan. How are you finding it? I tried it a few tines but found I ate too much cheese n bread following it, my vices which meant I didn't loose. Not tried red yet though! You switching between them?

Well the 6 weeks holidays have been a nightmare haven't been to WI for 4 weeks and know I am above target range so time to get back on track. Have 3 1/2 weeks til wedding and am determined to get back to target by then.
