Chicken parmesan - 2syns!

Do uhave a recipe for this?
2 syns:
Chick breast (free food)
2 wholemeal bread, blended into breadcrumbs (healthy extra b)
1 egg, beaten (free food)
28g cheddar or 42g reduced fat cheddar (healthy extra a)
2 laughing cow lights

Beat chicken till flat, dip breasts into egg then cover in breadcrumbs, place in oven for 25 mins, remove a smooth laughing cow and cover top, grill for a few minutes, remove, add cheddar on top and grill for a few seconds.

And garlic sauce for 4 1/2 syns:
9 table spoons of extra light Mayo
5 garlic cloves
4 drops of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
100g fat free yogurt

Mix and blend together :)

Wow that sounds great have you made it before? Is it a reasonable comparison to the real thing?
Will be trying the chicken, I do something similar but have never used the breadcrumbs xx
ohh i'm so excited! We have just been discussing Chicken Parmo's at work and oh my gosh, I am craving one so badly lol but i googled the average calories and its 2600!! which would be 130 syns! WOWSA

But this is fantastic will definitely going to Morrisons to get some laughing cow lights for this :) amydoc92

That's so weird I made chicken parmesan yesterday lol I adapted a normal recipe and got it down to 1 hexa and 2 syns per portion :D
