chip shop..

Hey guys

Just wonderin what wud be the best thing to get from the chip shop? I have 770 calories left, i no it is not exactly a good choice but i am due to get my nails done at 615, got squeezed in last min and finish work at 530, no point goin home to cum back out again so chippy is really my only option as it is next door2 work and nail place. I would appreciate any advice.

Hey, might be a bit late now but what did you end up getting? Some chip shops do steamed or grilled fish but not all. Aside from that, I'm not sure what would be best.. it all tends to be fried doesn't it. Perhaps a child's portion of chips? Fishcake? Gotta be better than battered cod! (mmm... battered cod!) <----- not helpful, sorry

My local chip shop do half portions of chip apparently - my niece told me Have to admit it's made me crave them all the more but it's been months since I had chips so I'm not willing to break this roll lol

Get separate small meals. That way you will have two small portions and it wont be too much too little.

Well guys was totally bad n had pastie & a chip! To be honest im gonna scrap yesterday all 2gether! Im well prepared today and no wat im havin will update my food diary xx
