Thursday, 12th August 2010: EE day

Breakfast
3 Boiled eggs
Strawberry hi-fi bar (b)


Lunch
Syn free bbq chips
1 Tesco southern fried chicken fillet (4 syns)
Mixed veggies
Tinned spaghetti in tomato sauce


Dinner
Could not face dinner tonight...such painful cramps! Could just about manage doing a hot water bottle for my tummy...hopefully better tomorrow.

Snacks
Skinny Cow mint lolly (4.5 syns)
6 Maoam happy fruit sweets (6 syns)

Still feeling very ill today, woke up in pain so eating will probably be light again :(

Thanks guys. My pain meds have yet to kick in, when they do I'll probably have major munchies! Had to eat to take them, so I've at least had lunch.

Much better today, pain has reduced to a dull ache. I swear, the things women have to endure...

Aim to be back on track today, had a sneaky jump on my scales this morning and I was glad to see I was 1lb lighter (although it was first thing and pre brekkie...and my scales are possessed from time to time...but good nonetheless). If I could get between half and 1.5lbs off this week, I'll be happy with that. Worst case, I'd like to STS :fingerscrossed:

hey christiana just been reading through your diary. i've just as much to lose so it's good (if that's the right term) to see how others in a similar situation are coping. you're doing great!

they say it's easier to lose if you're a man which explains my first week, but doubt i'll have lost much more come my weigh in tomorrow..

1 Custard cream (3 syns)...it took A LOT of strength to just have one...I literally took it and ran away. Then I just proceeded to pretend that the packet did not exist...thankfully it doesn't anymore after being devoured by family....phew!
