Hello all! My Internet is on as of today (FINALLY)!

Thank you guys so much for your comments and messages of encouragement, it means the world! I'm so glad to be back! 3 weeks without constant web access in this day and age is like torture!

I had a slight gain this week, but I'm not worried. It was my birthday, plus the first of 2 weddings, so I guess the gain wasn't a surprise. I would have preferred to STS since I cut myself off at 50 syns on the wedding day, but ah well. Not too bad.

I'm gonna go catch up on the posts I've missed! See you all around!

This is what happens when you don't have lunch and *someone in a hunger-induced haze* decided it would be a good idea to buy packets of crisps...I hang my head in shame...
 
Don't worry about it, just draw a line and start again today.

And STOP buying crisps and biscuits... it's the only way!!
 
I want to, but then I also want to be able to train myself to have things in moderation. I'm usually really good, but I blame the fact I wasn't prepared and I allowed myself to become too hungry....big no-no.

I gained a pound last night, which, disappointing as it is, wasn't completely unexpected. I have the wedding on Saturday too...after speaking with my consultant, he said that I should stick to the plan for now, then just have a flexible day on Saturday.

So, I'm anticipating maybe a STS for next week, but I will be good for the rest of the week. I've gained 4lbs in 2 weeks - not good! I'll be back on the ball 1000% for next week because I really want to get my Christmas target down...12 weeks or so to go!

Sorry to hear about your gain. But good advice from your C - try and stick to plan as much as possible then enjoy the wedding (after a big SW friendly breakfast of course!!)
