I had a lovely time yesterday, it was nice being with the family and surrounded by the little ones (they grow so fast!). We ended up leaving really late though (11pm); my mum made Jollof fried rice and she only used a little oil because of me, bless her! I did take my xenical tabs yesterday too, as a precaution. Hoping for a pound loss this week, a STS would be okay, but I will be 100% from now until Wednesday and see what happens.

Sounds like you had a lovely weekend. Fingers crossed for that 1lb on Wednesday - should be fine if you stick to it 100% until then - try and eat more speed foods and even try some success express if you can - worked for me over the last couple of weeks x

My jaw is killing me! I grind my teeth in my sleep (I use a mouth guard...very unflattering) and now it feels like I've been punched in the face!! The left side of my face is slightly swollen and even my lymph nodes are a bit tender. I've looked it up online, and it appears I may have something called TMJ...not good! It took me quite a while to get through those krisprolls...felt like I was chewing rocks! I'm off to the docs and dentist next week...until then, painkillers....owwwww :(
 
Thanks surreygal, I lost 2.5lbs tonight! I am more than pleased. 2lbs away from a 3st shiny!
