Christinas sw diary!!!

I'll have to start from today even tho I have been doing it all week- first weigh in tomorrow

Breakfast- apple ( then gym workout)

Salad- lettuce beetroot onion with a tomato ad onion omelette

I plan to have and active yoghurt with fruit around one a turkey salad with a bit of rice and for dinner chicken stir fry xx
 
So I lost 15 pounds but yesterday I ate

Slimming world fry up

Apples strawberry grapes active yoghurt

Omelette salad and cheese 3 x buttons fun size chocolate French fries salted popcorn ;0
 
Tuesday- ( I need to go to the gym )

Breakfast- actuvia yogurt grapes and strawberry

Snacks- grapes and strawberry

- chicken atirfry for lunch dinner - omelette a salad x
