Hi guys,
I am confused!!!
In several threads I have noticed that people are having diet coke, tesco ultra slim raspberry bars and tesco flavoured water but these have citric acid in them. I was always told that this was a no no as it would knock you out of ketosis. Does anyone have any experience about having these while doing TS? I am on my second day and don't want to ruin my chances of getting the magic k fairy!
