    Hi All,

    going to have today as extra easy,as would like some rice with tea:), not done extra easy before hope this is right?.

    27/1/09

    breakfast-
    banana and muller light yogurt,

    snack-
    black coffee
    grapes + 1 orange

    lunch-
    2 eggs with salad and 1 tbs coleslaw light morrisons 2 syns,
    black coffee,

    snack-
    1 orange,

    dinner-
    home made lanb madras + rice
    1 tsb olive oil (HeB)
    (dose the rice have to be brown?),

    snack-
    s/cow hot choc with milk (HeA)

    lots of water and sparkling water,

    week three and another good loss

    Hi All

    lost 3lb this week:bliss::bliss:
    me so happy as was worryed about going out at the weekend,

    Just hope i can keep the pace up for next week

    Sooooo happy just needed to share! :D

    ceral (HeB) + ss milk (AeB)

    lunch-
    coscos and melon for afters
    black coffee

    snack orange and a black coffee

    dinner-
    chicken kebab and salad and wholemeal pitta bread 7 syns

    lots of water and sparkling spring water drink

    29/1/09
    going to have a green day today, And going to try and keep my snys down as would look a drink the weekend me been very good and not had any alcoholic drinks seens started, the snys value in them well :( say no more,

    breakfast-
    ceral (HeB) + SS milk (HeA)

    snack-
    mug shot

    lunch-
    low fat super noodles
    grapes, orange
    black coffee

    snack-
    muller light yogurt
    black coffee

    dinner-
    baked potato with beans

    lots of water and sparkling spring water drink

    chicken salad

    lamb with mixed veg
    black coffee

    lots of water and sparkling spring water drink

    may have a muller light yogurt later to see how i feel

    been good today:), feel a bit fat today dont no why?:( so not had any snys to help me feel better
