I've decided to open a food diary just to keep me on track

10am - apple = 0.5
L - homemade chicken rice soup (0.5)l/f yog (1.5) = 2
D - 2 turkey sausages (3.5) 150g pots (1.5) half tin beans (2) = 7
S - banana (1.5) wotsits (1.5) = 3
