Saturday October 8th - Green Day

Breakfast
BritMums American style pancakes (HEB+.5) served with total 2% (.5) and 1 tbsp maple syrup (2). Tea with dash of light soya milk (.5)

Lunch
Mug shot, 6 quorn mini eggs (15 - thought these were 1 each oops!) apple, grapes, orange, melon

Tea
Heinz spag bol (2.5) cheese (2xHEA)

Snacks
Small glass of baileys (10), peanut butter cup (5)

Total Syns: 36

Not the best day!
 
Sunday October 9th - Red Day

Shows the importance of writing things down... I can't remember what I ate yesterday apart from my tea which was a takeaway curry for 10 syns. I had this with beansprouts and I know I used all my healthy extras, the last A going on milk in a hot chocolate which was 2 syns.

Other than that I'm clueless :confused:

Will try and update more regularly from now on!
 
Monday October 10th - Green Day

Breakfast
42g All Bran (HEB), Coffee, milk (HEA), banana

Lunch
SW quiche (HEB), orange, apple, WW yogurt

Tea
Quorn lamb steak, 200g rustic chips (2), salad, 71g philly light (HEA)

Snacks
Peanut butter cup (5), 200ml light purple grape juice (2.5), 2 mini foxs biscuits (1.5), WW choc dessert (3)

Total Syns: 14

Tuesday October 11th - Red Day

Breakfast
Grapefruit, 'Graze' box (4), soya milk milk latte (HEB)

Lunch
Ham salad with a slice of SW quiche (1/2HEB+3), tangerine, mango, 'Graze' box (6.5)

Tea
Chicken cake (recipe in recipe forum - HEA+1), baby corn, sugar snap peas, roasted red pepper, asparagus. 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1)

Snacks
hifi light bar (1/2HEB)

Total Syns: 12.5
 
Lost a pound this week, very pleased :)
 
Wednesday October 12th - Green Day

Breakfast
2x hifi light (HEB), coffee with splash of milk (1)

Lunch (OOPS!)
skimmed milk latte (HEA), marshmallow twizzle (7)

Tea
Quorn curry with rice and salad. Mini naan (6.5), tbsp mango chutney (2.5), tbsp lime pickle (1.5)

Snacks
skimmed milk latte (HEA), fruit, muller B&C (1), 'Graze' jaffa cake (10.5), choc delux hifi (HEB)

Total Syns: 30

A few too many syns today but will pull back a little during the week if I can :)

Thursday October 13th - Red Day

BNS mash, green beans, Birds Eye Simply Bake to Perfection Haddock Fillet (4)

hot chocolate (2+1/2HEA), cake bar (6), chocolate (10), grape taffy (4)

Total Syns: 31

Another bad day on the syn front :( On the bright side I went to the gym for nearly 2 hours.

BLT on w/m bread (HEB), 2tbsps X light mayo (1)

Tea
Maggi so Juicy garlic chicken (2.75) with BNS & celeriac wedges, side salad, 2tbsps X light mayo (1), 42g low fat cheese (HEA)

Snacks
500ml soya milk (HEA), mini chocolate twister (2), chocolate Hifi bar (HEB), milkshake straw (2), graze toffee apple (3), smarties (3.5), small dairy milk (6)

Total Syns: 22.25

Well, over syns once again! Not as bad as yesterday or the day before though. Gym tomorrow!

Slow cooked beef (2) roast dinner with carrots, cabbage, broccoli, BNS and gravy. Yorkshire pudding (2.5)

Snacks
'Graze' hot cross yum (6.5), crab sticks, Hifi bar (HEB), milkshake made with 200ml chocolate oatly milk (HEA), 125ml SS milk (1/2HEA), sachet options (2) and a mini chocolate twister (2)

Tesco tinned cheese and tomato raviloi - (3.5), cheese (HEAx2) on toast (HEB) with tomatoes. Cup of tea with milk (.5)

Tea
3 quorn sausages (3), mushy peas, jacket potato, salad, tbsp HP sauce (1), 2x tbsp X light mayo (1).

Snacks
50ml Sherry (3.5), muller, fruit salad, alpen light (1/2HEB)

Total Syns: 13.5

Yet another bad week and another 2.5lb gain. Really not good! Once again I'm hoping for a better week - one day at a time.

Not really been updating this recently, but I am doing okay. I think I need to revert to a paper record to keep on top of things.
 
Right I'm back on track with a 7.5lb gain (over 5 weeks off) to shift and so will be restarting my food dairy with today below :)
