Haha sorry about that, I just do that if I'm not sure what day I'm going to have which I wasn't yesterday, but then ended up having a massive cheese on toast binge so it doesn't matter anyway lol.

Back on it today :)

Minestrone soup, pom bear crisps (4), mini meringue (1)

Sausage and bakes bean bake topped with Mr. Mash and cheese (HEA)

Snacks
crab sticks, 2x options hot chocolate (2), both with a splash of milk (1)
3x mini meringues (3), options hot chocolate (2) half a hifi deluxe bar (1/2HEB)

Pizza Hut vegetable alfredo (3.5), salad with 2tbsp blue cheese dressing (4)

2 flumps (3), 1 hifi cranberry bar (HEB)

Total Syns: 15
 
I didn't keep a food diary on Saturday but I know I went over syns slightly with chocolate. Yesterday was good though and today, so still hopeful for a loss :)
 
Sunday January 15th - Red Day

Hifi light bar (1/2HEB), coffee (1)

Lunch
Punnet cherries, hifi light bar (1/2HEB), 2x yellow plums, WW yog

Tea
Joe's burgers with w/m bun (HEB), cheese (HEA), salad & BNS wedges. Chilli mayo (3)

M&S chocolate trifle (9)

Total Syns: 13

Also worked out for 2 hours at the gym
 
Monday January 16th - Red Day

Cranberry hifi bar (HEB), skinny latte (HEA)

Lunch
pitta (HEB) pasty with corned beef (3), salad, mayo (1)

Tea
Maggi BBQ chicken (5) with cauliflower rice, stuffed mushroom (HEA), baby corn & sugar snap peas

Yellow plum, crab sticks, digestive biscuit (3.5), tea (.5)

Well I've been a bit slack in filling in my food diary and as a result have gained a pound. Back filling it in 100% from today :)

Jackie's cheese and onion pitta pasty (HEB+1.5HEA), SW chips and beans
