I've decided to keep a food diary here alongside my regular diary, as I've been struggling a bit recently and would really love some feedback on where I may be going wrong / could improve
For a bit of background I've been doing SW for over 5 years - I started at 16s3lb and lost the first 4 stone really easily on green days. Then I went to uni and pretty much maintained that loss for the first year, before losing a further stone and a half in my second. Then in my third year of uni I gained around 3 stone of that back (are you keeping up!?).
On the 3rd of Jan this year I decided enough was enough and returned to SW, paid to keep my history rather than rejoining and since then have lost 1s11.5lb doing red and green days.
This brings my total weight loss to 4s9.5lb, which I am happy with but for that past few weeks I have been struggling (e.g. losing/gaining the same few pounds). Sometimes these gains are justified as I have been off plan and sometimes they are unexpected, so I'm starting this diary for 2 reasons;
1. To keep and accurate and honest record of every morsel of food that passes my lips, whether it's on plan or not.
and
2. To try and identify (with the help of my fellow minimins.com members!) where I might be going wrong.
