Classic Creations Pasta & Sauce

Hi all
I know pasta and sauce comes up a lot but I am still confused!
A cheese and brocolli one comes up as 1 syn per 100g cooked made up as directed but what if you are using your milk allowance?
On some threads it says free and others it has syns...
I'm confused?!

It does say as directed so I would guess the syns involved are for the milk used so either use as part of daily allowance and make it syn free or use water - I use water for mine and you don't really know the difference so again it would be syn free
