I'm doing exante for the second time, commencing today! I previously lost a stone and a half.. I didn't dedicate myself fully to the diet to be honest,) and have only put back on 3lbs in 3 years! Last time, I didn't quite have the same love for coffee I do now! Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my coffee fix? I know putting instant coffee in the shakes sometimes works! Or whether there's the possibility of using a milk replacement- I have no idea if any forms of milk are ketogenic? Any words of wisdom would be most appreciated!
