Colds etc

    Well i started to feel bad on Sunday......cold, running nose, cough etc monday morning i was rough lol
    So i pushed myself to carry on with fitness and went to Zumba and pilates..... I think i sweated more than ever lol........ Tuesday morning wasnt as bad as monday so carried on and went to Legs bums and tummys last night and Aqua Zumba..... Again more sweating...... Now this morning i feel fantastic, i little bit of a cough nothing like normal and no running nose :)

    I am hoping i have beaten it, time will tell :) Also i must feel better cause im not wanting to eat the whole house ;)

    What does everyone else do to beat there colds?? We all no what men do lol....... (ducks if a man is reading this hehehe):D

    Echinacea - as soon as I feel the slightest hint of a cold coming on I take drops of echinacea in water.

    hiya Its funny but I was off work for 6months over the winter and I didnt get one cold or snivel. Am back at work now so it wont be long. When I notice others are sneezing round me I tend to go for the Honey and Lemon in hot water
    or honey on cereal/porrage in the mornings.

    Well I've had a bit of a whinge on here about being poorly and then I carried on going to work for the week :) I've been taking flu tablets though to stop it getting any worse (although I think their effects are all in my mind!) xx
