Well i started to feel bad on Sunday......cold, running nose, cough etc monday morning i was rough lol
So i pushed myself to carry on with fitness and went to Zumba and pilates..... I think i sweated more than ever lol........ Tuesday morning wasnt as bad as monday so carried on and went to Legs bums and tummys last night and Aqua Zumba..... Again more sweating...... Now this morning i feel fantastic, i little bit of a cough nothing like normal and no running nose
I am hoping i have beaten it, time will tell Also i must feel better cause im not wanting to eat the whole house
What does everyone else do to beat there colds?? We all no what men do lol....... (ducks if a man is reading this hehehe)
