Colds?!!

Sorry, but I hope you don't mind me posting this question on here as well as the LL board.

Does anyone know if you are allowed to use Vicks vaporub (or similar) if you have a cold and are on a VLCD?

I have taken parcetamol for the pain but my runny nose is getting on my wires!!

Any advice will be good.

I am sure you can use vicks.. Its not like you are putting anything into your mouth.

that should be fine your not consuming it so must be fine! If putting things on your skin was not allowed id be screwed cos ive just piled some fake tan on to perk myself up lol xx
