Hey ColJack. Your EE diarys are looking good. Have you lost all of your weight through EE? Im thinking of giving it a shot every now and then so might pinch some days from your diary!

Hi ColJack, just wanted to say thank you, you have helped me get back on track, been reading through your diaries just wondered do you normally steam your evening meal, I am thinking of buying a steamer.

Yes I steam my veg. Easier than faffing about with a pan of boiling water and no salt added that way.

I'm curious ColJack - Do you only drink water? Just wondered as not seen any tea/coffee/juice listings :)
 
Mainly apple and blackcurrant NAS or diet cola or plain water. Since they are free I don't put them down.
Anything syn or HeA worthy gets / will get noted, such as a frappe made with HeA milk or the occasional options hot chocolate.
4 cups of black coffee from the machine with sweetener at break times.

Yes, always EE. My attempt at green the other week backfired with only a half pound loss, so it's back to what I know works for me.
