Combining CD and the gym

Hi All,

I'm currently almost 98% SSing with the odd blip. However, I have been going to the gym for the last few months but recently making it more of a regular thing.

Is anyone else successfully combining the CD and working out 4 times a week. I'm really keen to get healthy and fit on this journey but I understand that I'm probably burning myself out by not having a balanced food diet.

How do you manage to keep energised at the gym while doing CD?

the further you are into cd ss the better. keep your gym session short and intense. 30 min max working in cardio. 20 mins more for a few sets of weights working a different area each time you go.

remember to drink loads of water.
