i wasnt goin to say anything but that reall isnt helpin me, but last night i cheated and it wasnt healthy either, it wasnt half as bad as i would usually have been which is a start, but i am sooo annoyed at myself

i did it cos i had got loads of uni work done and stupidly treated myself with half a pizza :eek:

drawning a line under it and drinkin that water today :) will i gain much by sunday or can i hopefully stay the same?

I would stress too much it was only half a pizza, you should stay the same, try and do a bit of exercise work it off.

Dont feel bad things like this happen u just have to get over it and move on.

Think back to pre-cambridge diet, in four weeks how often would you have had half a pizza? Probably more than once...

So you're doing WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than you were before doing the diet - and you'ren15lb lighter to show for it!!

Keep going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
