Confused about veg in Induction

Im abit confused about the carb intake on Induction, the book says to limit the intake to two cups of salad veg and one of other veg but adding these up on the carb counter doesn't make 12-15g of carbs. The website however says you can have up to several cups of vegs to total the 12-15 but which should I do lol?

I did Lipotrim for one week and lost 7lbs in four days but it killed me socially so im trying out atkins!

It might be best to buy a set of kitchen scales, if you don't have some already, as weighing the veg, raw, is best.

Cup measurements can be misleading.

Soon the amounts etc become almost second nature but at the start of Induction we need to be more accurate in order to see the real benefits. If in doubt, weigh it out! ha ha.

I used a coffee mug as a measure, I still do whenever I go back on induction.

Thanks, Ive been weighing them out and using the posts on here to calculate the cooked carb count and adding that to 15. So far lost 12 lbs in 8 days with the lipotrim and atkins!
