    Hi,

Im confused a bit about the tests.

Iv just done a keto test and am I right in thinking that if the result is mid pink, that means your in keto.

If its dark pink,it means dehydration.

My question is, when it's dark, does that mean Im still in keto but dehydrated, or does it just mean dehydration and I may be out of keto?

    Hope that makes sense

    Thanks

The darker the shade the more dehydrated - ie first thing in the morning ......... but yes still in ketosis! Only not in ketosis if cream/beige colour.

Depends how much you are drinking I went through a few weeks where I was the darkest colour, but as my body adjusted to the diet it evened out.
