Confused on somthing plz explain?

on reading the Exante page it says to stay in ketosis we must have 60G carbs a day but on MFP it saying

Breakfast - Milk shake = 19 Carbs

Lunch - Milkshake = 19 carbs

Tea - Shepard's pie = 21 Carbs

Now this = 61 Carbs so I'm not sure how I can stay 60 Carbs? or is this like Adkins where we take the fiber of the carbs to give us the Net Carbs?
 
60 is a rough guide. Forget counting just stick to the plan and youll be fine

19 + 19 + 21 = 59 :confused:

Everyone's tolerance level to carbs/ketosis is different anyone, so as Starlight says, it is a rough guide :)
 
wow my maths was out by 2 thank you for letting me know notsoskinnymarge :) I guess I should have worked it out lol

Now I'm thinking why MFP said 61 but least 2 no now..
