Ok I hope someone can help with this confusion.

In the book on page 18 of the Original section and page 19 of the Green section there is a column called Grab and Go thats got all the ryvita/scan bran etc in it.

So why does it have 2 ryvita original/Dark Rye/Sesame as an option and then right underneath its got 4 ryvita original/Dark Rye and Sesame as an option.

So is it 2 or 4 that count as a B ?

Am I being completely dense here or is there an explaination?

yup, that's correct princess sausage, it's the same for humous too - a smaller portion is a speed food but you can have a larger portion and it's not.
Personally, i always go for the big portion (of anything!)

Thanks guys, that makes sense. I should have known that hehe, never mind, I'm offski to have 2 more ryvita as I'm a wee bit peckish..........

2 ryvita etc are classed as speed, 4 of them are double the fibre! (ff) Handy if you got loo issues!
