Think i may have a few of these lol

on the PP day is it ok to have tolerateds ? was thinking about making my sweet chilli dipping sauce or BBQ sauce to have with chicken later

also would you worry about more weight dropping off ? so far this week i seem to have dropped another 3lbs official weigh day is tommorow. im taking things gradually and just had PV & fruit each day this first week as i dont want to trigger my binging. thankfully im not in the lower range of my weight range so i dont look scrawny even though my sister in law told me i did yesterday

Hi Ellie,

Congrats again for your achievements.
To my knowledge on the PP Thursday it is not recommended to have tolerated items.
But, since you continued to lose weight past your target, it might be safe for you to use tolerated items.
I'm happy for you.
No reason to worry about the fact that you continue to lose weight.
This is normal. Have you had your weakly starch and celebratory meals? How about bread?
Have a great Pure Protein Thursday :)

Hi Ellie

From what I've read, the one PP day a week is supposed to be really "clean". For instance, and from memory, the good Doctor even advises giving salmon a miss on these days, as it's too fatty for the one PP day.

Hope this helps!

Not sure about PP day question Ellie but when I read my book regarding conso the good Dr did say that you need to embrace conso wholeheartedly and follow his instructions to the letter - ie - have all the items he has requested.... So maybe with everything in place in conso your weight would have been stable??? ie eating the bread, starch meal etc etc.. Dunno really - also made me think about my TW cos he says don't aim for under it - which of course I have cos I felt it was too heavy for me but hard to ignore him when his theories have always been soooo right.... When I read the conso part of the book all my questions, queries and worries were there in front of me........ This guy does know a thing or two about the minds of 'fat people'!!!
