Cooking Question

Hiya!

Im going to cook a shepards pie tonight for tomorrows dinner (as I wont get into work from late). But what do you think would be the best way to do it?

1) Cook it all from scratch tomorrow.
2) Cook it all tonight and just microwave it tomorrow.
3) Cook the mince (because its tesco frozen suff) and then make the pie and cook it when i get in tomorrow.

Im presuming its OK to reheat already cooked mince?

I cook mine and add the potato when cooled, then put it in the fridge overnight, pop it in oven for 30 minutes the next night for tea ....lush x

Yep definitely cook it tonight so you don't have to bother about anything tomorrow night other than heating it up.
