correct me if im wrong. i have seen a few of the people on heres menus for the last wee while and hasnt corned beef got quite a few carbs in it??

I've just checked a tin of it in my cupboard and it has like 34g of protein and 0.5g pf carbs... so I'm guessing it's fine... good cos I love it! x

Corned beef is fine, it's a misnomer really, no corn involved it's actually a form of pickling to preserve it.
