Hello all

I am just trying to get my head around the amounts of grams per potion etc....

If I have a Batchelors Cup a Soup chicken noodle ( 0.5g per 100g / 1.3g per serving) 2 slices of best of both bread (have run out of brown bread) 2.2g per 100g / 0.9g per slice.

That is only 3.1g of fat! It needs to be near 15g for the pill to work doesnt it am i mis understanding it all? :confused:
 
you dont have to eat the full 15g of fat...

just dont go over it..
most of my meals were not anywhere near. but some were close... i used to have lentil soup for lunch, and it was a home made one and had 0.3g of fat for the bowl!!!.. so not a lot....
dont worry too much.... just make sure you dont go over, but still get in your calorie max... and try not to go over that....
