Countdown begins

DAY 16..

Had a slip at dinner last night but straight back on the path today.
Still got the smelly breathe hope that's a good sign..

Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
Lunch: Strawberry shake
Late Afternoon: Cookies and Cream...yuk...lucky I only ordered two and that was my 2nd one...no more:)
Dinner: 70g of lean pork, 200g of salad lettuce and cucumber

Done my 3 litres of water too..

Roll on weigh in number 3

DAY 17

Breakfast: Strawberry Shake
Mid Morning: 1minibabybel light
Lunch: Vanilla Shake with 100ml milk
Late Afternoon: Mint Choc Shake
Dinner: 70g lean pork, 200g of spicy cabbage with petit pois

Over 3litres of water down.

Feeling good and counting down to weigh in

DAY 18
Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
Lunch: Thai Soup
Late Afternoon: mini babybel light
Dinner: Boiled Egg. Cottage cheese and salad made of lettuce and cucumber.
Evening Treat: Chocolate shake with 100ml milk. (still to be had)

Its been another good day. Water intake down and also treated myself to a small glass of coke zero.

Have got the challenge of my bday and wedding anniversary on Mon so may be a weekend off plan...hmmmm....we haven't got anything planned so gonna try stick to plan if I have to come off it would only be for a slither slice of bday cake..

lets she how it goes...hopefully my hubby can be his usually and not plan anything...lol

Day 18:

A raining dark Saturday...

Its a day indoors with hubby mooching on the couch...watching telly...

I said I wouldn't have caffeine...but I am treating myself to a cup of black coffee.

Its a day of pampering myself with a manicure and pedicure..

Its also a hair day...I've just taken my braids out so its been a busy hair day..

SO FAR:

Breakfast: Mint Chocolate Shake

Lunch: Strawberry Shake with 150ml semi-skimmed milk

Late Afternoon: A cup of black coffee.

I have already put down 2 litres of water so feeling good.

I always aim to complete my water intake by 7/8pm so that I am not waking at night to go toilet multiple times

Hope every ones weekend is going well

Looks like I will be sticking to plan as my hubby is not one to organize anything special..

Looks like I will be staying on plan for the weekend...no plans in place...kinda disappointed by hubby but maybe he will do something on the actually day Monday...

The most off plan I will do is maybe just a slice of cake.

How's your weekend going?
 
Had a little lie in till 9am as Hubby got up with the kids.
Then we went to a play place to let our little boy burn off some energy.

Diet wise going great :)
 
DINNER: 100g chicken breast, 200g veg made of white cabbage, red peppers and petite pois

will later have a cuppa peppermint tea with half a bar :)

DAY 19

Sunday has been a chilled day...did some baking to take to class tomorrow and share with classmates for me bday....was so good didn't do my usual licking of the cake mix...lol

Breakfast: Mint Chocolate

Lunch: Vanilla Shake

Dinner: 2boiled eggs, 200g of salad made off lettuce, red peppers and egg...
I was struggling with my dinner didn't finish am sooo stuffed

Still need to have another shake or bar to complete my 3 for the day and my milk allowance too..

I have also decided that 2moro being it my bday and wedding anniversary I will be on plan only for half a day....due to that I will now log just for this week my weigh in tomorrow instead of Tuesday...but will go back to Tuesdays next week as usual

I will be off plan just to have a 3 course dinner with hubby :) no alcohol....just the meal which i'll try make as low calorie as possible

I wish I wasn't cooking..lol...but no signs from hubby having planned anything...lol

So gonna do us a

Veg Quesadilla for starters

Steak and veg for main...and maybe hubby some chips...( we don't normally eat such food hence making it 2moro)

Dessert: bday cake which I baked to day :) ( I baked my own)
 
Dont forget the photos. Wish I could bake cakes I can just about rustle up a cup cake x x
 
Registering my weigh in a day early as I am partly of plan today:)

WEEK 3 -3lbs

A total of 1st3lbs in 3weeks...loving it :)
 
YESTERDAY DAY 20 : BDAY & ANNIVERSARY

Was a FAB chilled out day....A day of Plan

Breakfast: Chocolate Shake

Lunch: Several cups of tea and some cake

Dinner: Quesadilla, Pork & rice and cake and custard for dessert.

TODAY is DAY 21..

straight back on plan...

slow start as I wasn't hungry this morning for obvious reasons. So had my 1st shake @ lunch time

LUNCH: SPAG BOL

Also done my 1st day of the 30day shred :)
 
Afternoon: Chocolate Shake

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 50g cottage cheese 200g salad

Still to have: Milk allowance and a bar later

Feeling good that I controlled myself and I'm straight back on plan :)
