I'm wondering how many people on here that have been successfully loosing weight........ actually count their calorie intake and keep track of how many calories they are burning when working out?
I find myself being distracted by the numbers where I feel that its hopeless when dieting and exercising.
Is there anyone that just eats healthy and exercises regularly that has been successfully loosing weight?
I just don't want my life to revolve around counting numbers and weighing myself everyday, etc.... :break_diet:
