Take a look at my maintenance diary. I have listed the types of foods I am having each week. I am about to start week four. Although it isn't a set number of weeks anymore. They call it "stages" and you can go at any pace you like. You can even miss certain stages f you want to. I have continued to lose weihgt so far, but i can tell it is slowing down. I am also much hungrier now than I was even a week ago.
YOu start off still having 4 packs a day with one meal, then 3 packs and one larger meal for two stages. I am about to move on to 2 packs and two meals - I believe. But you don't get te info until you start each stage. Other wise you might move ahead too fast. it is a good idea to really take your time.
