So , Day 1 Week 1.

No books as of yet, still waiting for them in the post :)

so i'm using this forum as my "bible" :)

Feel free to advise if anything is wrong :)

Breakfast : 2 Weetabix (HEB) Semi Skimmed Milk (HEA) Strawberries and Fat Free Natural Yoghurt Sweetened with canderel.

Lunch : Jacket Potato (HEB) Cheese (HEA) and Beans

Drink : Flavoured Water (Made with sweetener, so no SYNS?)

Which plan are you on red, green or EE ?

ok, Im on the EE, I find it difficult to know what I'm allowed as I'm new to it, so I have to keep going back to my book, I'm sure eventually it will sink in :)

Lol, Im sure we will be fine .... in the end anyway :)

I know that on EE you only have 1 Healthy Extra 1 and 1 B.

where as on the red and green I think you can have 2 of each.

i'm sure i'll find it easier when my books finally arrive.

struggle to find everything on this website so i'm stuck as to what to eat!

so for tea, i've had loads of salad with a balsamic vinagrette (1SYN) and left over pork joint from last night (3.5 SYNS)

Drinks : more flavoured water
nestle skinny cappucino(3 SYNS)

I think day one has gone well.

Shopping soon might pickup some ryvitta minis or something free to snack on later.

Am i right in thinking that mikado are only a few SYNS too they're lovely!

Im doing SW online and though the site is very basic, it does have the guides on there

i bought the books from ebay.

i can't access online if i'm not subscribed can i?

So Day 2 Red Day

Books arrived today. or so called books.

Stupid ebay! Whoever sold me the "books" scanned them in and sent me pdf's on a cd. But hey, at least i've got the syns list now etc.

I've printed them and had my bf take them to work and make them into a binder for me. So SYN values etc may be wrong today until i can refer to my "book".

So ....

Breakfast : 2 Weetabix (Are these still Healthy Extra B's on a red day?) And Milk (1/2HEA) Muller Light (FREE?)

Lunch : Bacon, Baked Beans (HEB), Mushrooms and 2 Eggs. (I can't believe believe i can eat this on a diet!)

Tea : Should be Chicken Stuffed with babybel's(HEA) (originally wrapped in bacon but i used this for lunch) with lots of brocolli.

Drinks : Flavoured Water, Options mint hot chocolate (2 SYNS) (1/2 HEA milk)

So i don't think i'm doing too bad so far. I've never really been able to stick to a diet for that long, i'm giving it my all!

Day 3... Again A Red Day


Not going to be a good day, going to my nan's for tea.



it's a family tradition that we all go every wednesday. So i'm going to be filled with fat greasy chips and lots of gravy.


So Breakfast : Porridge and 1 crackerbread (heb) 1 mini babybel (hea)


Lunch : MullerLight, 2 Mini babybels (rest of hea) bag of ryvitta minis (heb)


Tea : Steak, loads of chips and loads of gravy. =/ lovely =/


so i'm going to take that as all my syns for today ...
