my menu for today

B- oatbran

L- king prawns,tuna with cottage cheese and a egg custard

D- fish slection

no im not snacking but i make sure if i want something extra like a yog r egg custard,thats all it will be !!
 
my day so far...

FRIDAY

Muller Light Toffee Yoghurt + 1.5 tbsps oat bran

black coffee

2 eggs scrambled, skimmed milk, black pepper

0.5 can tuna, 125g cottage cheese, black coffee

...winging it at moment, book's been ordered should be arriving next few days :)..
 
i dont actually measure anything i just eat wot i fancy so ive had a full tine of tuna some cottage chesse and about 9 king prawns and my egg custard i tend to fill up with fluid ive had 1 pint pot cup of green tea ,1 3/4 glas of water and 2 3/4 glasses of lightly diluted tropical juice !!

p.s i find the book a very good read and interesting !!
 
are we allowed fruit juice?...

I don't measure either, just chuck out half of a tun or tub and then look at the side and divide the grammes by 2! :)

Twilight DVD snack- hmmmm maybe another yogart

watching the new twilight movie tomorow night!! uufff i may have popcorn!! im soo excited!

not to sure about the fruit juice but maybe only a bit !

alottolose, pretty sure its no to fruit juice. We cant have fruit and juice is a higher concentrate of fruit sugars.
I think sugar free squash is okay though.


sona1980, Can you sneak in a snack so as to not be tempted by popcorn?

1 hour fast walk! oooof!

Breakfast - Dukan muffins with oat and wheat bran, + square of smoked fish in each

Lunch - small piece salmon, few prawns, piece of smoked salmon, chicken
fat free fromage blanc

Snack
chicken thigh
fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner
veal (which has been marinating for 2 weeks in mustard, garlic powder and fromage frais... I froze it!)

L - roast chicken and dukan curry mayo and some extra lean ham if hungry
D - salmon and haddock - not sure how to cook it yet

E - 20 min walk this morning will go on stepper again and do some sit ups and arm exercises.
 
Hello!

Added a chicken thigh last night as the veal didn't fill either of us...

Today... 20 mins walk

Breakfast - guess! (Dukan muffins!)

Lunch - guess! (same as yesterday - bit of salmon, smoked salmon, chicken and fromage frais)

Snack - guess! (same as yesterday - chicken thigh and fat free yoghurt)

Dinner - 2 x 5% fat burgers with fried egg on top!
 
Lol Jo. As long as you enjoy your same food whats the problem?? and how come only 20 mins walk??

So..help me how can i cook my haddock and salmon? poach or in some tin foil?
 
I had to take the other half to the international section of the main social security office some 45 min and two metros away... so I was 10 mins late here without faffing around and walking some to... we had an 8.30am appointment, but it was stressful getting there on timeish...

Is your haddock smoked? (lovely if so...). I either poach my fish in skimmed milk - and often cumin - or bake it en papillotte in the oven... or dry fry, if salmon, but think haddock mightn't like that...
