Daily menus

Today is sweet Galette (cinnamon & sweetner) & fat free natural yog with sweetner and cinnamon
lunch tuna with dressing (balsamic)
Dinner smoked mackerel and muller probably

D roast chicken courgettes, asparagus only a couple to try though
Snack of yogurt and cucumber if im hungry after my walk
not alot for breackfast but will make up for it on snack

1hr 5 mins fast walk...

Breakfast - you guessed it! my Dukan muffins

Lunch - you probably could guess this too! 1/3 piece of salmon, leftover bit of smoked salmon, mini quiche, chicken
sugar free jelly

Snack - fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - BIG sirloin steak!

im going to post my menu for today in one sec (i cant remember what im supposed to be having.....)

B-ob porridge
L - mushroom omellete and tomatoes
D - big fat fillet steak with garlic mushrooms, green beans and asparagus and bearnaise sauce(dukan stylie)

ex - moving puppies, worrying, prob having a cry and washing pet bedding x
 
Bwhites ham omelette
Lroast chicken and galette
Dbeef kebabs yogurt
 
Last day of attack for me

Breakfast- scrambled eggs and tinned tuna
Lunch- smoked mackerel and a bowl of porridge
Dinner- cod wrapped in ham possible having a bbq tonight so might put it on there , or see if theres any meat in the freezer I can use, then maybe more yogurt, am running out of sweetener need to go shopping tomorrow

My first menu has gone missing! Anyway, change of plan so no problem.

B - cinnamon galette, then ate something else, can't remember what now!
L - lean mince fried with some shallot and basil (kids want spag bol, so scrap omelette that I was planning), fromage blanc/chilli on the side, yogurt
S - hardboiled egg, yogurt
D - veal escalope, fromage blanc

B - 1/2 savoury galette with fromage blanc
L - omelette with ham and mushrooms and small salad, yogurt
S - fromage blanc
D - chicken curry with other 1/2 galette, custard

Breakfast- herby galette with mushrooms and a tomato steamed with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce

Lunch- ham and cucumber and bit of chicken

Dinner - salmon with either salsa or a bit of salad

D - fish with lemon, yogurt

D - Bit more steak and a madras chicken breast

How do you work the porridge and galette in Tan? do you half the oat bran?

yep i will today because i need to put wheatbran in (the usual problem ) normally if its just oatbran then it would be one or the other , just find if i add wheatbran to a galette its too much , not keen on the wheat bran but needs must today lol
 
Ah I thought about adding wheat bran after I posted
