Daily menus

i know i didnt have any salad in. will have mountain of green beans to compensate. yum yum x

L - chicken leg and thigh meat x 2,cottage cheese and 11/2 boiled eggs !!

D - not sure yet !!

Brekkie: 2 yogurts

Lunch: smoked salmon (gallette later ... been side tracked!!)

Dinner: steak casserole with mushrooms, onions, and peppers. Mashed swede and carrot.
(going to try to make one of those custard things ...) or a yogurt.

Dinner trout with mustard

Right I'll be good and actually start posting!

Br scrambled egg
sn muffin
L galette, roast chicken, quark, mustard, boiled egg and a toffee muller light
D steak with a fried egg (spray of frylight but no oil) vanilla muller light
sn - 3 slices cooked ham
sn - finished off the spoon or so of onken vanilla pot and a glass of cream soda

Also has about 3 cups black chai tea with 2x aspartame sweetner

B/L - scrambled egg with dukan bread and tomato
D - harissa chicken breast with spinach and green beans

ex - housework! and either my usual work out today or tomorrow cant decide yet!!!!!!!!

L - Beef strips and peppered chicken breast
S - Omlette
D - see lunch lol loads of water, green tea and a glass of diet coke.

Snack .. muller yogurt
D .... roll mops, salad, 2 frozen mullers
 
went on a pub crawl yesterday so probably drank my weight in diet coke. Also had a shot of vanilla vodka and a shot of sambuca.....

L ham omlette

D steak chicken and salad (at a pub, seemed pretty Dukan friendly)
sn 2x tomato

ate the tomatos to try and get some veg in seeing as it was supposed to be a PV day

L - ob porridge (possibly swap them round)
D - beef and veggies. beef in in slow cooker already will be melt in mouth :)

S fromage frais with coffee, SF jelly.
 
MORNING :)

D - chicken marinated with thai stuff ;)

ex - 60 mins of leg master done first thing. after work :- 6 mins shake weight (i love it) 20 mins step and 20 mins davina leg workout. 100 sit ups :D

Veggies lunch AND dinner on PV... (and FYI careful with quantities of swede and carrots...)
