Mmmm whats in it vic? I would be good and not eat the rice. Lol, still dont think it would be allowed though

B - Galette cup of tea then some green tea
L - Chicken salad muller yog water
D - Chilli and asparagus water
 
cheryl you can usually have chicken or beef or veggies in it :D

When you say "ham slices"... are these less than 3% fat ones?

Ham slices were 3% fat,
It doesnt look much but tbh I'm not hungry today. Haddock, well yes just haddock, but I like it on its own, plus I dont have anything to go with it. I have some smoked mackerel can I have that? Fish really fills me up, it is a big bit too lol.
 
yes you can have mackerel too. i have a small haddock fillet from tesco and a fillet of salmon which is pretty measly but that fills me up too!

ok first day
B..Galette could face anything else but water
L some ham and beef slices and a yogurt vanilla
D.chicken and that mayo in the book that was egg fromage frais one if i get round to doing it and probably another yogurt and more water
 
the mayo takes seconds to make it lush :D
 
B - muffin
L - galette, smoked mackeral quark and mustard, toffee muller light
D - steak, smoked salmon, scrambled egg followed by baked egg custard.

Been very good today and only had 4 cups of tea with skimmed milk and a camomile tea with no sweetner in any!

B - oat and wheatbran porridge

L- 2 little salmon quiches, boiled egg

D - sardines, 2 turkey slices,boiled egg

just had a toffee muller to !!
 
I have a proper sweet tooth lol but am somehow surviving on vanilla yoghurt (I had a little bit just now as well) as long as I have milk for my tea I can avoid the sweetner.

B - dukan galette with mixed spice to liven it up - was nice
L - steak with pepper and mustard, 0% yogurt and sweetner
S - crabsticks with yogurt dip
D - tuna and lemon juice, 0% fromage blanc
