Yum! Going to try pizza wraps for tea.
 
Tea: ham salad wrap 4pp
Tesco snack bar 2pp crisps 2pp

22pp used so 5pp for snacks,staying home tonight now as OH bit poorly so I'm on dog walking/look after my man duties lol
 
Yea those,some of the exercises can be,years ago when I lost weight on my own(just three meals a day,no snacking) I only used that and a taebo DVD,toned up really well.
 
Yea see what you think,I've done a class before aswell at a gym,that was awhile ago aswell.Let me know if you do try it out :0)

Ok food so far(mainly making sure some foods get eaten before we go away)

Breakfast,banana 3 small plums and a yoghurt 1pp

Lunch,ham salad mayo wrap 5pp
Tesco snack bar 2pp quavers 2pp

10pp used so far so 17pp left.
 
Hi i made my pizza wraps yesterday with onion, tomato, courgettes, peppers, mushrooms a little cheese , chorizo and capers. They were yummy and 9 points each. My oh had two!
