First week weigh in.... 5lb off

Today's food
B- oat bran porridge
L-half roast chicken, cottage cheese, fat free yoghurt
D- 2 boiled eggs, 3 turkey rashers, fat free yoghurt.

Must confess I did eat a "normal" worthers original and a free tiny sample of fruit pie from tesco!
