dinner=prawn stir fry,mushrooms&pepers,celeryred onions1small cougette,can beansprouts,soysauce
+a peach low fat yoghurt
had2 cups of coffee & 5 glasses water
exercise had my usual walk 2x30 mins &did the exercises 4 day in the ailp book 4 the day

drinks coffee,water throughout day
