Day 1, excited, scared all rolled into one!!!

Hi Everyone,

This is my first day and I have been reading all your threads to inspire me. You have all done so well x :bliss:

I have put on 3 stone in the last 10 months (I was already 2 stone over weight).... I blame contentment, giving up smoking oh and eating too much without exercise!!!! So anyway I am now really excited to get back to my old slim self and throw on a pair of jeans in the morning without finding great big baggy clothes to cover me up.

I have put all my faith in the CD and really really hope it works. It would be great to chat to you all on my journey.
