Hi guys!!!!
Well as the title says it's day one for me on TS!
I've done cambridge n lost 8 stone n finnished over a year ago I put on a stone quite gradually n made the decision to restart a vlcd
I have been planning to start for some months now n rather than being good and low carbing I have been ridiculous n eating loads n eating badly and gained another stone!
So just got back last night from a few days away visiting familly and am ready to start
I'm off work untill Monday so roughly enough time to get into ketosis although day 5 can often be my toughest n roughest!
Been busy today until around 3 pm and since then just resting up. First shake around 2 pm chocolate didn't like it just downed it lol second shake just now was bannana it was ok and around 1 litre of water down
Gonna have vanilla shake when little ones in bed gonna try it hot with some decaf coffee n get an early night!
Planning to be very selfish over these next 4 days n sleep when I wanna sleep n do as little as poss but keep busy indoors to get through
I always follow minimins n hope to get to know you all a little better
